Michigan Bureau of Automotive Regulations (BAR).  Requires that repair shops have written authorization before any diagnostic, repair or maintenance is performed.  It's a great law protecting repair shops and the customers!  In order to accommodate After-Hours Drop Offs and customer towing vehicles in, we have provide online our drop off form.  Simply print out the form and fill in the details.                                           #1 -- Fill out the waiver form completely or delays in repair are possible. 
#2 -- Tag your keys writing your name at the top of the tag and place keys in slot provide in box.*
#3 -- Park your vehicle in a parking place (please do not leave your vehicle in the middle of the lot).

*If keys are too big for slot, place through exhaust port in bay door.
